ICommand Bookkeeping is a cloud-based accounting and bookkeeping platform that provides financial management tools including invoicing, payroll, inventory management, reporting, and related business operations. The Service also includes optional SMS notification features for system alerts and operational updates.
To use the Service, your company administrator must create an account and invite you as a user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify your company administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Service includes an SMS notification program for system alerts, error notifications, and support ticket updates. By opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to the following:
Program Name: ICommand Bookkeeping System Alerts
Program Description: Internal system alerts and error notifications sent to company IT staff and administrators. Includes system error pages, support ticket alerts, and operational notifications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on system events. You may receive messages when system errors occur, when high-priority support tickets are submitted, or when other configured events trigger notifications. High-priority alerts may be sent at any time. Low and medium priority alerts are sent during business hours only (7:00 AM – 8:00 PM in your company's configured timezone).
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-In: You opt in to SMS notifications when your company administrator sends you an opt-in request and you reply YES to confirm. Alternatively, you can text START to our number to opt in.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also text CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. Your company administrator can also remove your number from the notification system.
Help: For support, reply HELP to any message or contact support@icommandbookkeeping.com.
Supported Carriers: Compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on carrier support and network availability.
