Custom build work and pass-through provider costs are not included in the $49 subscription. We scope custom work and agree on pricing before any build begins.

Some costs stay outside the flat monthly subscription.
The $49 price covers ICommand software. It does not absorb outside provider fees that depend on usage, transaction volume, carrier rules, payroll choices, or third-party services.
Payment processing fees charged by payment networks or processors
Payroll provider, payroll tax filing, per-worker, or government filing fees
SMS/texting, voice, carrier, email-volume, map, AI-provider, or other usage-based provider fees
Banking, treasury, check deposit, ACH, or money-movement provider fees
Third-party subscription costs required for a connected service you choose to use
Optional custom work
Customization is scoped and priced upfront.
If a company needs ICommand adapted for a specific industry or process, we define the requirements, timeline, acceptance criteria, and build cost before work starts.
Example: a pest control company may want My Day adapted for technician routes, chemical usage, service notes, photos, customer signatures, dispatch views, and billing triggers. That is a custom implementation project, not part of the base monthly subscription.
